Advanced Invoicing including more than 9 invoice modes, support for daily, weekly, 4 weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual billing. TEAMS also fully supports independant invoicing (ie. rental invoices can be quarterly whilst other charges can be billed monthly). Non-tenant invoicing is fully supported.

Trident

For the wholesale telecoms market, we have developed a fully web-enabled system that allows for the management of customer and vendor tariffs.

The system includes an ASR system and a least cost routing system, and provides for the legal notification process. The system includes a searchable archive for customer and vendor notifications.

The system uses the Centrio Velocity engine to process transactions. Running on a standard desktop PC this engine can process 10,000 transactions an hour. Running on a standard server, the engine can process 40,000 transactions per hour.

Sherlock

A fully web-enabled application and system architecture diagnostic tool.

Available as a stand alone application or as an add-on module with all the Centrio products.

The system includes server, application and network performance reports. The Sherlock system includes a host of features that allow for remote administration of applications including backing up databases, backing up transactions logs, configuring the performance reporting tools, auditing application use and comparing application version differences.

The Your Estate system comprises 12 modules. Highly modular, the system enables those involved in property to fully manage from design to construction and eventual management of units and tenants.

The modules comprise
Design, Construction, Projects, Sales, Maintenance, Document Library, Management, Financials, Diary Management, Back Office Admin, Systems Management.

The Your Estate system has been superceded by our TEAMS system, but is still supported. Your Estate modules have been fully incorporated into TEAMS but TEAMS modules are not available to the Your Estate system.
