A fully web-enabled project management system
that incorporates the full project management life-cycle. Your
Project Office includes a sophisticated documentation engine
and workflow engine. It includes invoice tracking, time sheet
management, extensive jeopardy, budget and status reporting.

automatic project dates alignment. Stage management can also
be automated (i.e. projects can be updated via e-mail, SMS
etc).
The system can accurately calculate costs of time (on
a per hour or per day basis), and invoices. It provides over
20 cost management reports.
The system can track invoices
on a per project basis.
The system includes various
workflow facilities allowing for sequential and parallel
dependencies, and automatic project date management.
The
system includes numerous additional features which aid in
project management and cost management.

Documents (any file that can reside on a PC) can be loaded
into the system and associated with a stage of a project. The
document manager has a fully configurable filing structure.
The file types that can be uploaded are user-definable. The
following of types of file can be searched by the systems
search engine (MS word[6, 97, 2000], MS excel [5, 97, 2000],
Powerpoint [4, 97, 2000], PDF, ascii txt files ie.
Notepad)
Document archiving is fully supported including
the independant searching of archives. Documents can be
deleted and full histories are visible. Documents can be
edited, and saved locally. The system includes document
template management. |
The documentation manager module ensures that
documents never go astray. The search facilities mean that you
nolonger have to memorize your document titles, or filing
structure. |

Project reporting of risks/issues is business driven
using configurable jeopardy levels. Therefore accurate
reporting of project status and risk is always available.
