TEAMS is a fully-compliant multi-user application, enabling companies to operate
efficiently between offices. The system supports short and long lets, and provides
letting companies with a world-class invoicing engine ensuring that all rent, charges, telephone calls,
pay per view events, and utility usage is correctly billed to tenants.
The system is highly modular, incorporating :-
Tenant Agreement Generation - including automatic generation of paragraphs for all
aspects of the lease regards services such as cable television, pay per view, Sky Sports/Movies etc.
Every document is fully managed within the systems documentation library, and includes full version control.
Advanced Invoicing including more than 9 invoice modes, support for daily, weekly, 4 weekly,
monthly, quarterly, and annual billing. TEAMS also fully supports independant invoicing (ie. rental invoices can be
quarterly whilst other charges can be billed monthly). Non-tenant invoicing is fully supported (e.g. Rent invoiced to
a company, cable television/sky movies to an occupant and parking to a guest).

This product enables property agents, developers, property managers and landlords to fully manage
their properties from construction to letting.
The TEAMS system includes all the functionality to enable you to properly
and efficiently operate short lets, long lets and aparthotel (multi-vat) lets. The system reduces administration, generates the
required documentation/letters and enables you to maintain high occupancy rates, providing high volume invoice and usage processing.
The system allow you to operate from anywhere where broadband is available, and includes significant
security measures to protect your data.
A proven system supporting private and social residential landlords, the system is used by one of London's biggest private landlords to invoice more than £600,000/month as well as
OPDM providers.
With over 50 reports, including extensive lease reporting, yield management reporting, and suspense management.

The Call Processing module fully supports B.T. and HomeChoice services. You can be confident that all calls made, and
digital services used, by your tenants are correctly invoiced. Our usage processing module includes
full suspense processing functionality. All processing steps (including duplicate records management) are
fully audited.
The system fully describes your unit details allowing for letting of buildings, apartments, bed-sits, and merging of units.
The system has an inventory module allowing you to correctly manage your unit inventory (this is supported with PDA integration).
Other modules include visitor management (including the taking and management of visitor photos), external website management including the
management of unit photos. Photos up to 32Mb in size can be loaded, the TEAMS system
will automatically load all the photos and automatically size and copyright them.
Sage integration allows all invoices to be automatically loaded into Sage without the need for csv files. All customer balances are
automatically updated.
TEAMS fully supports Centrio remote printer services. This ensures that your key documents/invoices are always printed on time every time.
