Trident

For the wholesale telecoms market, we have developed a fully web-enabled system that allows for the management of customer and vendor tariffs.

The system includes an ASR system and a least cost routing system, and provides for the legal notification process. The system includes a searchable archive for customer and vendor notifications.

The system uses the Centrio Velocity engine to process transactions. Running on a standard desktop PC this engine can process 10,000 transactions an hour. Running on a standard server, the engine can process 40,000 transactions per hour.

Introduction

Trident includes sophisticated rates analysis that can quickly determine low costs based on price and quality of supply. The system is able to evaluate a margin based customer price, and produce the appropriate price change documentation required to notify customers of price changes. An option is available to allow the user to store any outgoing documents in an on-line document store.

Quality metrics are derived using the Centrio ASR engine. The system can generate email alerts regards vendors failing qualified route criteria. The system has a built-in Least Cost Routing generator. The LCR generator provides least cost metrics to the built-in customer sales tool. A full set of LCR rules is supported.
