The Your Estate system comprises 12 modules.
Highly modular, the system enables those involved in property
to fully manage from design to construction and eventual
management of units and tenants.
The modules
comprise
Design, Construction, Projects, Sales,
Maintenance, Document Library, Management, Financials, Diary
Management, Back Office Admin, Systems
Management.
The Your Estate system has been superceded by our TEAMS system, but is still supported. Your Estate
modules have been fully incorporated into TEAMS but TEAMS modules are not available to the Your Estate system.

With 9 invoicing modes, the ability to invoice utilites,
cable pay per view, and a host of other charges, our invoicing
module will ensure that all charges are invoiced. |

Personnel Invoicing |
Our invoicing module enables you to bill tenancy holders
separately to the occupants. Options include billing occupants utilites,
pay per view, telephone calls, and a host of other charges. |
