Application Hosting

For those TEAMS and Your Project Office customers who do not want the headache of managing systems, we offer a full application hosted service.

We monitor your systems and make sure they're available when you need them. We carry out security upgrades, and application upgrades, and manage any company specific development that Centrio has carried out for you.

Have you ever spoken to someone on the phone, and hear them say "Sorry, our system is down and I can't help you .."?

We monitor your system in a proactive way so that we can resolve your problems quickly, many times we find that we can sort out problems you haven't yet recognised have arisen. We go out of our way to make sure that your staff always have quick and resilient access to your systems.

There are various levels of hosted service available to you. Even those customers who are on the lowest level of pricing (ie. £75 per month per 30 units) are offered a basic level of hosting service free of charge. The basic level includes automatic backups for 60 days and assisted restores. Our higher level of services include 180 days backups, and firewall management, application configuration and management, user management, automatic emailing facilites, automatic loading of telephone call data, automatic loading of pay per view data and application support.

We also offer remote desktop support (ie. we log on to your PC from our offices and help sort out your problems in front of you).

Broadband and network management is available depending on the products you have leased.
