hosted service.
We monitor your systems and make sure they're available when you need them.

We monitor your system in a proactive way so that we can resolve your problems quickly, many times we find that we can sort out
problems you haven't yet recognised have arisen. We go out of our way to make sure that your staff always have
quick and resilient access to your systems.

Remote Printing
Centrio's hosted services include the facility to enable remote printing.
"What's so special about remote printing" I hear you say?
The TEAMS system, which fully supports Centrio remote printing service, can be configured to print to
your printers even though your data is hosted on our servers, and even if your PC is switched off.
If your printer conforms to Centrio's requirements, we can ensure that all automatically printed documents
print to your printer regardless of it's location. If you do not want to have to manage your firewall, we can do
that for you too.
The remote system supports up to 99 printers per lite customer. Enterprise customers can have up to 9999 remote
printers.
The printers must be Centrio certified. We currently support a range of HP, Samsung and Knoica Minolta printers.
If your printer is not on our supported list, we will go through the certification process for your printer provided you can make
a printer available to us to test. This is done free of charge for all customers of Centrio's TEAMS system.
